Dr.Shashank has over 26 years of experience as a practicing consultant in Laproscopic and Bariatric surgery.Dr.Shah is the first and only Indian to head three major international societies on Diabetes. He is the president of AIAARO (All India Association of Advancing Research in Obesity),past president of Obesity Surgery Society of India and International Excellence Federation of Asia. He has more than 3000 cases to his credits and has started 1st bariatric surgery training centre in India and trained more than 500 surgeons in India and worldwide.
