-Between Aug’ 2018 & Aug’ 2020 I worked with Sahyadri organ transplant team. At Sahyadri I have been involved in over 110 liver transplants either as a primary surgeon or first assistant (65 LDLT’s & 45 DDLT’s, includes 1 Redo- DDLT, 1 combined Liver-kidney & 1 split liver transplant). Also got an opportunity to be an active part of combined Kidney-Pancreas transplant program (Under guidance of Dr Anil Vaidya: 8 Kidney-pancreas combined transplants). I have also been a part of over 15 pediatric liver transplants including reduced grafts and left lateral lobes.

Between March 2013 and March 2018, Under the mentorship of Dr Vinay Kumaran I have been a involved in 230 liver transplants either as a primary surgeon or first assistant (200 LDLT and 31 deceased donor liver transplants, 20 Pediatric liver transplants, 8 ABO-i LDLT( presented as abstract), 1 Dual lobe LDLT, 1 combined LDLT with sleeve gastrectomy (published in IJOG-first report from India), Cavo-Portal transposition for extensive porto-mesenteric thrombosis and 1 Re-do LDLT and 1 SWAP ). Have performed every component of liver transplant independently (includes recipient hepatectomy or explants, living donor Hepatectomies, procurement of organs from deceased donor & implantation of both living & cadaveric liver transplant).
