• Dr Dhaval Naik is a well-experienced Cardio-Thoracic surgeon with more than 21 years of experience in the field of CTVS. 
• He is an active member of the Indian Association of Cardiothoracic Surgery.
• He completed his MBBS in 1997  from BJ Medical College, Ahmedabad, MCh - Cardio Thoracic and Vascular Surgery from Gujarat University, India in 2006 and DNB from Gujarat University, India in 2006.
• His areas of expertise are, heart transplants, cardiothoracic surgery, cardiovascular surgery, cardiac surgery, pediatric cardiac surgery, pediatric cardiothoracic surgery, Redo CABG and valvular surgery, aortic aneurysm surgery, CABG, heart tumour and other complex heart surgeries.
• He and his colleagues completed 25 heart transplants, and as a surgeon affiliated with CIMS Hospital Ahmedabad, he achieved several firsts. These records include the first hospital in Gujarat to do heart transplants, install the first LVAD, execute TAVI, and perform hybrid CABG.
• He co-authored a few studies that were published in prestigious publications.
